A Memorial or Honorarium gift to the Tolfree Foundation is a special way to honor someone special in your life, celebrate a special moment or remember a loved one. In return you can be assured that your gift is supporting state-of-the-art technology along with exceptional programs and services at West Branch Regional Medical Center.

When you make a memorial gift, the family is notified of your thoughtfulness. "In lieu of flowers" you may wish to consider a donation to the Tolfree Foundation. The Foundation can provide you with Memorial brochures and donation envelopes to distribute to family and friends. Please call the Foundation office at 989.343.3690 to receive information on the Memorial program.

You may designate your donation to the Greatest Need Fund, Healthaccess program or future Ambulatory Care Center.
