Questions you may have about Employee Giving Why should I give? As a not-for-profit institution, the Tolfree Foundation relies on donor support to help us grow and serve our community. As part of the WBRMC family, you already give back to your community by providing outstanding service. The Hero Club is another way you can easily support your community by contributing to the cause that matters most to you.
Do I need to sign up again if I’m already signed up? No. If you currently contribute to the campaign through payroll deduction you do not need to sign another contribution form. Your deductions will continue at the current amount. Can I make a change in how my donation is being allocated? Absolutely. Whether you would like to redirect your gift or change your contribution amount, simply complete a new contribution form and return it to the Foundation Office. The new form will take the place of any selections you made in the past. What is the “Hour Club”? The Hour Club is another way to give using payroll deduction. On your contribution form, simply check the box marked Hour Club Membership. That’s all there is to it! Your deduction will be automatically calculated, and the total monthly deduction will be equal to one hour of your salary. If you choose to make a monthly gift greater than one hour of your salary, you will also become an Hour Club member. Is my contribution tax-deductible? Yes. Your pay stub will include your giving totals, should you choose to make your gift through payroll deduction. How can I help? Simply complete the campaign contribution form and return it to the Tolfree Foundation Office. TOLFREE FOUNDATION FACT: The Tolfree Foundation has administered
